DTF Transfer by Size

To ensure your DTF transfer looks professionally pressed every time, follow these five simple steps.

No Pre-Pressing Or Pre-Ironing: You can if you want, but prepressing is unnecessary.

1. Place it: Make sure to place your DTF transfer in the perfect place on your item. To ensure your transfer stays in place you can use the help of heat-resistant tape, this is highly recommended for hats and other non-flat surfaces. You can also us tools like alignment rulers to ensure level and even placement.
   
2. Press it: Press your transfer with medium pressure at 310°F / 155°C for 15 seconds. Withing a reasonable span -increased heat, pressure, or time will not damage your transfer. However, too much heat can damage your garment. We suggest testing first and using a protective guard or parchment sheet to protect your garment from the direct contact from the iron.
3. Cool it & Peel It: Next, let your transfer get cool to the touch (no less than of 15-30 seconds). Speed up cooling by using a cool air blower. Once the transfer has cooled, gently peel it back from one corner towards the opposite corner.

Ensures every piece of your design is adhering to the item by watching it as you peel it. If it is not, stop peeling immediately, and lay it back down and begin troubleshooting
(1.) If some or all of the transfer does not stick AND it was cool when peeling, there was not enough heat, pressure, or time. Re-Press your transfer with more time first (+5-10 seconds) and pressure.
(2.) If it is still not adhearing, increase the temperature 15°F at a time until you find the ideal temperature. Pressing multiple times will not damage the transfer..

Final Press & Wash Instructions: Place parchment paper or a single layer of t-shirt material over the print and press again for 15 seconds to soften the design, increase durability, and remove shine. For a shiny finish, cover with a protective guard sheet on the final press. Washing instructions; flip garment inside out, wash with cold water and dry with low heat or by hang drying.
